DCHT is led by voluntary board members, drawn from our subsidiary boards and the wider community.
The board has ten members, and comprises:
- two board members from DCHA
- two board members from PHA
- two board members from Tor Homes
- up to four independent board members from the wider community.

| Jonathan Broad Chair of DCHT and has been a resident board member since 2006. Member of DCHA board and the group nominations committee. Jonathan is also a member of the Active Community Tenants Network since its first meeting in north Devon and a volunteer working as a member of the Patient & Public Involvement Forum. |

| Carol Bosworth Board member of DCHT since 2005. Board member of PHA and the group remuneration and community investment fund committees. Carol has been a tenant representative since 1995. She was the founder member of the Treneere Residents' Community Association and held the position of chair for 13 years. Carol is chair of Surestart Lescudjack and she has a vast experience of community work. She is also vice-chair of Age Concern (Penzance). |

| Bob Hatfield Board Member of Devon & Cornwall Housing Trust since 2007, member of the group nominations committee.Bob moved to the South Hams 8 years ago.He spent his working life with Barclays Bank and is now semi retired. His passion is preserving his built heritage and he has undertaken various renovation projects including working for the Phoenix Trust who repair and find new uses for historic buildings.He was appointed as an independent member of Tor Homes in May 2003. |

| Gail Hunt Chair of PHA. Board member of DCHT since 2005.Member of the group treasury, nominations and remuneration committees. Gail is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She currently advises groups and agencies working with people with a learning disability, and is also treasurer of Cornwall Advocacy, treasurer of Surestart Lescudjack. Previous experience was as finance director of a charity for 10 years, which became an RSL, housing and supporting homeless people, and has extensive knowledge of the building and property market. |

| Helen Riley-Humfrey Former chair of DCHT. Board member since 2002 and member of the group's audit committee. Helen is Quality Coordinator, University of Plymouth Colleges. Former appointments include Head of Community College at Cornwall College Group and Principal Personnel Officer at Carrick DC. Helen is also Chair of the village residents association in a village near Hayle. |

| Pauline Seymour DCHT board member since 2007. Tor Homes resident board member since 1998. Pauline has been involved in tenant participation since 1994. Chair of Tor Homes Operations Committee and vice vhair of the Tor Homes board. Previously served on Kingsbridge Town Council. |

Chair of DCHA. Board member of DCHT since 2007. Member of group Remuneration Committee. Was a tenant for many years of a housing association in Islington and on their board. Solicitor and partner in Tozers, specialising in employment law and governance. |
