Our group management team

	Teresa Butchers Group Chief Executive Group Chief Executive since 2005. Teresa has worked for DCHA since 1986. Her career has been mainly in housing management in housing associations, with local authority housing and voluntary sector experience. Teresa is chair of the South West Committee of the National Housing Federation and serves on the South West Regional Housing Group.

	Richard Connolly Group Director of Investment Group Director of Investment since 2006. Richard has worked for housing associations in London and the south west as well as the London region of the Housing Corporation. Richard is Managing Director of Westco Properties Ltd, a subsidiary of DCHA providing income to support the group’s core work. He also serves on the board of the Devonport Community Land Trust.

	Tony MacGregor Group Director of Finance Group Director of Finance since 2005. Tony was Director of Resources and Finance of DCHA from 1999 and was previously finance director of a reinsurance company. Tony has served on another housing association board as a statutory appointment of the Housing Corporation and subsequently as a voluntary member.

	Andy Moore PHA Chief Executive Chief Executive of Penwith Housing Association since 1994, Andy is the housing sector representative on the South West Regional Assembly. He is currently vicechair of West Cornwall Together, the chair of Penwith Community Development Trust and a trustee of the Zurich Community Trust.

	Graham Sherburn DCHA Managing Director Managing Director of DCHA since 2005. Graham joined DCHA in 1989 as Director of Housing having previously worked for London local authorities and the south west office of the Housing Corporation. Since 2003 he has led all our operational housing services. He is also Managing Director of DCLS.

	Howard Toplis Tor Homes Chief Executive Chief Executive of Tor Homes since 2001. Howard qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst and Young in Plymouth. After working for DCHA he became Finance Director at Tor Homes before taking over as Chief Executive. He is also Chief Executive of Call24Hour.

	Duncan Walton Group Director of Corporate Services Group Director of Corporate Services since 2005. Duncan worked in local government and management consultancy before joining PHA as Finance Director in 1994. He is Deputy Chief Executive of PHA.
