Listening to your views about DCH merging with Knightstone
In May, we announced that DCH and Knightstone were in talks to create a new organisation. The proposed new group would become the south west’s largest housing association with 35,000 properties, providing homes for over 70,000 people.
What will the merger allow us to do?
We feel really positive about this merger with Knightstone because it will allow us to:
build up to 15,000 homes over the next 10 years – more than we could build on our own
continue to improve our excellent services, get better value for money and provide opportunities for our customers and communities.

Our commitment to our customers is that these merger plans will only improve what we do, and we want to hear your thoughts as we haven’t made a final decision yet. Although this will be up to the Board, they will consider what you say and if we do decide to go ahead we expect the merger to be completed by summer 2018.
