Customer scrutiny panel receives first Community Champions award

We know our customers do amazing things in their communities and also when working with us to help improve our services. Our Community Champions scheme recognises customers (a person or group) who have done something special or inspiring in their communities.

ServiceWatch, our customer scrutiny panel, were presented with the first Community Champion award this week in recognition of their fantastic contribution to our services. The members of ServiceWatch give up a huge amount of time and go above and beyond to help strengthen the resident voice in everything that we do.

Doug Stein, DCH Group Director of Asset Management presented the award to the group and said: “I was delighted to present the award to ServiceWatch for their outstanding achievements in supporting our customers through their commitment to service excellence.”

Paul Marshall, DCH Director of Community Engagement said: “We’re delighted to recognise ServiceWatch for all their hard work. They are instrumental in ensuring that we deliver the best service possible to all our customers.”
