DCH is proud to announce our selection as a finalist in the Employee Engagement Professional of the Year category of the Engage Awards 2017 – the only customer and employee engagement industry awards in the UK.
Andrew Worsdale, Commercial Repairs Manager at DCH who was nominated by his colleagues for the award said: “We are delighted to be a finalist in the Employee Engagement Professional of the Year category of these prestigious awards. We constantly strive for excellence and being recognised as a finalist in these Awards reinforces our vision of excellence and underlines the hard work of the whole team”
Andrew re-aligned the way his team thought about their work by empowering them to instigate change, giving them the confidence to challenge historic working procedures and establish new modern working practices.
In order to practically support the drive for improved customer satisfaction Andrew recently launched new tablets to all repairs teams. It allows the team to access and send emails as well as providing access to DCH’s company intranet and internal news making them feel part of the organisation.
