We are so proud of the DCH Customer Service Centre team who made the final shortlisted in the category of Small Contact Centre of the Year at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs).
The ECCCSAs are the longest-running awards in the customer contact industry. They recognise organisations that are leading the way in delivering exceptional customer service.
Sarah Williams, Head of DCH Customer Services said: ‘’The Customer Service team members that attended the awards all really enjoyed it and it was great networking with Europe's top customer service professionals. I'm delighted that we made it through to the shortlist of finalists in the Small Contact Centre of the Year category. We are full of pride about our Customer Service team, and we are planning to enter again in the future and hopefully bring back the gold level award.’’
