Affordable housing is in such high demand that people do not always know what options are available to them therefore this event will give advice about all the different affordable housing schemes that would best suit their needs.
Devon & Cornwall Housing will be promoting their housing developments within the counties including selling 45 shared ownership homes at Rivers Reach, which forms part of the regeneration scheme called Bull Point (the former MOD land), in Plymouth.
The event is open to everyone interested in owning an affordable home. If you perhaps thought that you couldn’t afford to buy your own home, DCH can help most types of applicants – not just first time buyers.
The event is being organised by South West Homes, who will be there, along with DCH, Plymouth Community Homes, Plymouth City Council, Linden Homes and many more organisations.
