Independent Futures’ results come out top again!

Recent performance benchmarking for the whole year, 2010 – 2011, once again shows brilliant results. The outcomes we achieve for our clients are better in every area except one, benchmarked against the South West and all of England.

We reported back in March about a benchmarking exercise we had just completed which showed that i-futures was producing consistently better results in terms of outcomes for our clients than other similar organisations, not only in the South West, but in the whole of England.

We have just completed a similar exercise for our performance for the whole year, 2010 – 2011, and once again this shows brilliant results. The outcomes we achieve for our clients are better in every area except one, benchmarked against the South West and all of England.

Our projects and schemes which provide support for young people, teenage parents, offenders, single homeless people, people with chaotic lifestyles, mental health issues, recovering from drug and alcohol misuse, and women and their children escaping domestic violence. These outcomes are for our projects and schemes which provide support for young people, teenage parents, offenders, single homeless people, people with chaotic lifestyles, mental health issues, recovering from drug and alcohol misuse, and women and their children escaping domestic violence.

The results highlight the outstanding achievements of the front-line staff who work with clients to help them achieve their individual goals and move on to live independently.

Kathy Gilmore, Managing Director of Independent Futures, said; “On behalf of the whole management team I would like to thank all the staff in our projects and schemes who have worked so hard to get these results. It’s putting i-futures on the map as an organisation which delivers high quality support that really gets results. Congratulations to everyone concerned.”
