Our new group chief executive is Paul Crawford

Our new group chief executive is Paul Crawford, who starts work on 16 November.

Jonathan Broad, chair of DCHT says “It’s great to have someone of Paul’s ability, enthusiasm and track record of success to help us achieve our vision of better homes, better places and better lives. Paul will be building on Teresa Butchers' work in leading the group to our current strong position, and he will be taking us forward at a time of great challenge and opportunity”.

Paul will be working with customers, board members and staff across the group, including Penwith Housing Association, Tor Homes and Devon & Cornwall Housing Association.

Paul was previously managing director of Sovereign HA, and has carried out a variety of roles including head of development, housing director and customer services director.

Paul says “I’m really excited about the challenges that lie ahead. I’ve always had the greatest respect for Devon & Cornwall Housing, particularly for the way customers are right at the heart of things. It’s going to be great working with such a strong team of board members and staff, and I’m looking forward to working with all of them”.
