Residents annual report 2010

We have completed our first group annual report for residents, which sets out how Tor Homes, Penwith Housing Association and Devon & Cornwall Housing Association are meeting national standards. The residents’ annual report is an excellent example of all three organisations working together.

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) regulates how housing associations work, and has set minimum standards for Devon & Cornwall Housing (DCH) to achieve from 2010.

The TSA asked DCH to produce this new report to residents to:

• be clear about the TSA requirements
• be positive about achievements
• be honest about the shortfalls
• challenge action plans

The annual report has been sent to 18,000 residents.
