Pay at a PayPoint in local shops and post offices
You can pay your rent anywhere you see the PayPoint logo, including local shops, garages, newsagents and at post offices. You will need to take your payment card with you to make a payment. Click here to find your nearest PayPoint.

We are introducing new payment cards to pay recharges, utility bills, and support charges in the next few months. You will be able to pay at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet direct using the relevant card.

PayPoint or Post Office staff can only take your payments; they can't see your rent balance or answer queries about your account – therefore if you have any questions please contact us.

Have Housing Benefit paid direct to us
If you are claiming Housing Benefit, you can usually ask for this to be paid straight to us.

The allpay App

You can now easily make a payment wherever you are, at the touch of a button on your Apple or Android Smartphone. The mobile App is free to download from your App store.

Log into your account via the App, where you can store your payment reference number, bank card details and payment amounts - so you don't have to enter them every time. Plus you can create a 4 digit pin number, so there isn't a lengthy login process every time you use the App, and all in a secure environment.

Remember to get a receipt
If you are paying by any method other than direct debit or telephone, you should always ask for a receipt. Please keep this receipt in case there is a query about the payment. Payments can take between two and seven days to reach us depending on how you pay.

And, if something changes and you are struggling to pay you rent, service charge or other DCH charge please get in touch straight away.
